everyone was having a fun time at this neat minigolf place until about halfway through one of the things shot lazarus in the face with water. then lazarus was scared of all of it after that. 

in the afternoon they went to The Christmas Miracle musical.

5 months

My littlest boy is five months old today. Time is flying. He loves to sit and play with whatever Lazarus and Evalana are playing with (cars, trains, dolls). He loves exploring new things but loses interest in old toys quickly. He smiles a lot, as long as someone is holding him or looking at him. He cries if he's left to himself for a second. So thankful for big siblings. He's got two big bottom teeth and I think more beside it coming soon. Sometimes he takes super long afternoon naps and sometimes he takes more shorter ones. Baths and car seats make him scream, so we try to avoid them unless necessary. He still uses a pacifier in the wrap to fall asleep and nurses when he wakes up.  He likes to hold my hand while he falls asleep and nurses. If i try to take my finger away for a little nursing computer time, he grabs my face. He's happy with daddy, evalana, Lazarus, and me, and he does fine in church when I'm teaching in the class, but, ever since our anniversary date, Ezekiel cries at Mo when she comes over. When Ezekiel gets really upset, Evalana says he's crying like we're on a date. Ezekiel likes making different noises, and we love to hear him "talking."  That's our sweet five-month-old Ezekiel Ray we love so much.

After several pieces of bread, he just said "oh I think I have a poop coming. I'd better stop eating now." And now he's telling me all about Paxon on Thomas while Ezekiel's wrapped to me sleeping and Joshua and Evalana are at Awana.
