10 week baby heartbeat!

This morning Joshua, Grandma Kidd, Evalana, and I all got to go see Dr. Mara for my 10-week appointment. First thing Mara did was check for a heartbeat, and we heard it! What an amazing sound. It was beautiful to hear that little heartbeat in my belly. Then Mara also said we could go in for a quick ultrasound, so we got to see the baby, too! He/she was moving around, and it was really fun to see. We even saw some hiccups. Everything looked great. I can't believe how easy this pregnancy has been so far. Here are my 10-week pictures with Evalana. Below the baby has his/her head to the left, hand by his/her face, and feet to the right. We have July 16th scheduled as the date we get to take another peek at this baby and find out if we have a boy or girl.
